Pleasantville Community School District seeks to fill the following anticipated vacancy for the 2025-2026 school year: 

Middle School Social Studies Teacher

Pleasantville High School is in search of a highly qualified candidate who is student-centered, values collaboration with colleagues, and has a strong desire to learn and grow as an educator.

Qualified candidates should hold a valid Iowa teaching license with endorsements to teach one or more of the following: K-8 Social Studies, 5-8 Middle School Social Studies, and/ or 5-12 All Social Sciences, or have the ability to acquire necessary endorsements.
